Gates open at 7pm and the last admission on any night will be no later than 9:20pm.
Tickets are allocated in 20 minute arrival slots. This is the time you should arrive at the event, not the time you will enter the first maze. Please expect queueing to collect your entry tickets and then a queue to enter the first maze, the length of time it takes to enter the first maze depends on how busy we are on the night.
If you purchase a Fast-Track ticket, slots do not apply and you can enter the event anytime between 7pm and 9:20pm with very minimal queueing.

NO SCARE TICKET
Don’t have the courage to take on the mazes? We offer a No-Scare ticket that enables you to enter the themed Horror Bar and food areas located at the end of TERROR TRIALS, ideal for waiting for your group to complete the attraction.
Remember, this ticket does NOT include access to the TERROR TRIALS mazes. And as the waiting area can still be scary, it is not recommended for under 12’s.
BEFORE BOOKING OR ATTENDING, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION LISTED BELOW. BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO THIS EVENT, YOU INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Dr. Frights Ltd accepts no liability if an event has to be postponed for reasons beyond its reasonable control, this includes and act of God, change in government regulations, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion. If the event is postponed for any of the above reasons, then Dr. Frights Ltd will reschedule all tickets that have been purchased for the current year and make them valid for the following season, the ticket will include any new attractions planned for that season.
REFUND POLICY
All ticket purchases for Dr. Fright’s Halloween Nights are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.
Refunds will only be considered where the optional XCover Ticket Protection has been purchased at the time of booking and the reason for non-attendance falls within XCover’s covered circumstances. Covered scenarios may include illness or injury, certain transportation disruptions, travel warnings, and court or jury duty, subject to the full terms and conditions of the XCover policy. Claims must be submitted directly to XCover via www.xcover.com/en-us/login. Claimants may be required to provide supporting documentation or proof demonstrating their inability to attend the event. Dr. Fright’s Halloween Nights is not responsible for assessing or approving XCover claims, and all claim decisions are made solely by XCover in accordance with their policy terms.
RULES
You can dress up if you like. However we will not allow any full face masks to be worn at the event.
No running in the attraction or any other area of the event at any time. Inside the attraction you must stay with your group at all times, unless instructed to do otherwise. Do not touch any of the actors or props inside.
No mobile phones are allowed to be in hand whilst going through the attractions. Please place them in your pocket/handbag or if not available left at home.
No lighting or any other source of light is allowed in the attraction.
Photography and filming inside the mazes is strictly prohibited.
Once you have entered the maze you must keep moving forward at all times NO TURNING BACK!
If any of the above mentioned rules are broken then we reserve the right to eject any person without refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone.
This event is not suitable for children under the age of 12 or those with severe asthma, claustrophobia, are pregnant or have heart or respiratory conditions.
Alcohol is strictly forbidden onsite, except for inside the licensed Horror Bar.
Any persons caught drinking alcohol on site will have the goods confiscated and may be ejected from the event without refund.
Alcoholic drinks may be purchased via our onsite bar only after you have completed the whole TERROR TRIALS attraction.
Any persons who are believed to be under the influence of narcotics will be ejected from the event without refund.
We will not tolerate any hostile behaviour towards our actors or staff. Any persons found doing so will be immediately ejected from the event without refund and the appropriate authorities may be called.
The vast majority of the event is undercover, however some small areas are required to be open air. No smoking is permitted inside the event, this includes the use of electronic cigarettes. A designated smoking area will be provided.
The whole attraction features intense scary scenes, pitch darkness, loud sound effects, strobe lighting and smoke effects.
Actors may touch you.
In the unlikely event that an attraction('s) is forced to close due to unforeseen circumstances no refunds will be given.
All guests must arrive between their chosen time slot.
