*The following Q&A is from our 2011 event.*

Q. Can i pay with credit card on the gate?
A. No. Cash only.

Q. When is the best time to arrive?
A. You must arrive between the time slot chosen when you booked your tickets. You may arrive any time between your selected time slot. Although in order to ensure you get to experience all the attractions. We recommend arriving at the beginning of your time slot.
The last admittance to the event will be at 10:00pm.

Q. What happens if we get delayed on route and can't make our selected time slot?

A. All ticketing will be printed with your selected time slot on. Therefore we can only allow entry if you arrive between the times stated on your ticket.
It is your responsibility to arrive between these times. Please be sure to leave in plenty of time incase of delays.

Q. Do we have to leave the event at the end of our time slot?
A. No. You can leave the event when you like. However last admission is at 10:00pm and the event will close at 10:30pm. At which time all guests must leave the site.

Q. How long will my visit last?
A. All 4 attractions vary but you can expect to be in each attraction for between 6 - 10 minutes. Your visit on a whole will depend on how busy we are on the night and the resulting queue times.

Q. What happens if I haven't been on every attraction by the event closing time of 10:30pm, due to long queue times?
A. Our attractions are designed to comfortably handle the amount of tickets we allot to each time slot.
To be sure you have plenty of time arrive at the beginning of your time slot.
In the unlikely case that the queue times are longer than your time slot we will continue to run the attractions.

Q. Are there any age restrictions on the attractions?

A. There are no age restrictions however all attractions are intense, contain gore and have been designed to scare you. Therefore are aimed at a teenage and adult audience. They are not recommended for under 12's.

Q. Do I need a PayPal account to book tickets?
A. No, you don't need a PayPal account to book online. When you check out with PayPal, on the sign in page click on: 'Don't have a PayPal account? No problem, continue checkout' link and you can pay with many debit or credit cards.

Q. If my child is too scared to enter the attractions when we arrive can we get a refund?

A. No. All ticket sales are final and we operate a strict no refunds policy. Only you can know your childs threshold to being scared if you have any doubts don't book.

Q. Are there restrooms on site?
A. Yes

Q. What clothing would you recommend?
A. Keep in mind all attractions are walk through so suitable footwear is advised. It is strongly advised to bring an umbrella as the waiting area is outside, and October weather can be quite chilly so wrap up warm!

Q. Is there food and drink available?
A. Yes there are food and drink outlets on site.

Q. Is there on site parking available and if so how much does it cost?
A. Yes we have a large parking area available and all parking is completely free of charge!

Q. Is the event wheel chair accessible?
A. Unfortunately the attractions contain tight hallways and uneven floors making them unsuitable for wheel chairs.

Q. Can we dress up in a Halloween costume to go to the event?
A. You can dress up if you like. However we will not allow any full face masks to be worn at the event.

Q. Can we purchase or bring our own alchohol?
A. No. Consumption of alchohol is strictly prohibited. Anybody caught with alchohol on site will have the goods confiscated and may be ejected from the park.

Q. Is there strobe lighting?
A. Yes we use strobe lighting, smoke machines, loud sounds, and many other techniques to disorientate you. If you suffer from epileptic seizures it is not recommended you attend.
